MiniMax H3

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

MiniMax H3 (“MiniMax H3,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”) is an independent AI content generation and editing service available through minimaxh3.info. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and payment features, and how you may exercise your rights.

Please read this Policy before using the Service. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Where optional processing relies on consent, you may decline or withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account and identity details, such as email address, display name, avatar, and basic profile information returned by a third-party sign-in provider with your authorization. Authentication credentials are handled securely by our authentication system; we do not store passwords in plain text.
  • User content, such as prompts, images, video, audio, editing instructions, generated results, and related information you choose to retain in history.
  • Transaction and billing details, such as the purchased plan, amount, currency, credit activity, subscription status, order number, payment status, and transaction identifiers returned by the payment processor. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
  • Communications, such as emails, questions, feedback, refund requests, or dispute materials you send to support.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, time zone, and approximate region.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, such as pages visited, feature interactions, task parameters and status, request times, performance, crashes, and error logs.
  • Security and abuse-prevention information, such as session identifiers, sign-in records, rate-limit signals, content-moderation results, and suspected fraudulent activity.

Do not include government identifiers, financial-account information, health data, or other highly sensitive information in prompts or uploads unless strictly necessary for the requested service.

2. How We Use Information

  • to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions;
  • to process Inputs, run generation or editing tasks, and deliver results and history;
  • to administer credits, subscriptions, orders, payments, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes;
  • to respond to support requests and send necessary service, billing, security, and policy notices;
  • to protect users and the platform through content moderation, fraud prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and security investigations;
  • to analyze feature performance, fix errors, and improve the Service;
  • to comply with legal obligations, enforce the Terms of Service, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

These activities are generally based on performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service, or your consent for optional features. We may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify a person for statistics and product analysis.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Strictly necessary: used for sessions, security, abuse prevention, language, and core features; these cannot be disabled through Service settings.
  • Functional: used to remember interface and other preferences.
  • Analytics: when enabled, used to understand visits and feature performance, identify issues, and improve the product.
  • Advertising or marketing: used only when the relevant services are enabled and consent required by applicable law has been obtained, for serving, personalizing, or measuring advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working. If a consent-preference tool is presented, you may also use it to adjust optional cookies.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose information to the following recipients only when necessary to provide and secure the Service, required by law, or authorized by you:

  • Infrastructure providers for application hosting, databases, content delivery, object storage, logging, and security.
  • AI and content-processing providers that receive prompts, media, and technical parameters needed to complete the generation, editing, or moderation task you request. Third-party AI providers may process that content under their applicable terms.
  • Payment processors for checkout, subscriptions, payments, and refunds. Processors may include Stripe and, when offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake. Full card data is handled directly by the PCI-DSS payment processor identified at checkout and is not stored on our servers.
  • Authentication, analytics, and customer-support providers that process account, device, usage, or communication information only when the relevant feature is enabled and as needed to perform their services.
  • Authorities, courts, or other third parties to comply with valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or support a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets. In a business transaction, we will require the recipient to continue protecting relevant information.

5. AI Inputs, Outputs, and Model Training

To perform a task you request, we send Inputs to the processors and AI models required for that task and receive, store, or transmit the resulting Outputs. We do not use your Inputs to train our own general-purpose AI models without your express consent. A third-party AI model provider’s retention or use of data is governed by its applicable contract and privacy terms. Submit only content you have the right to process.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, credential hashing or secure tokens, access controls, permission separation, logging, and monitoring for security and content abuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should also use a strong password, protect signed-in devices, and report suspicious activity promptly.

If a personal-data incident requires notification, we will notify affected users and relevant regulators within the time required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • User content and task history: prompts, uploaded images, video and audio, generated results, and related task history are retained for no longer than seven days and are then automatically deleted or anonymized. You may delete this data sooner at any time through available history features or by contacting support@minimaxh3.info.
  • Account data: retained while the account is active. You may request deletion of your account and related personal information at any time, except for records we must retain by law.
  • Order, payment, refund, and credit records: retained for applicable statutory periods to meet accounting, tax, anti-fraud, dispute, and legal obligations.
  • Support and security logs: retained for as long as needed to resolve requests, protect the platform, establish legal claims, or meet compliance duties, then deleted or anonymized.

When you delete user content or task history, it becomes unavailable in your account immediately and is removed from active storage and routine backups within no more than seven days. Transaction, security, or dispute records that must be retained by law do not include user-generated content that remains available for use.

8. International Transfers

We and our providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, we use contractual obligations, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or another lawful mechanism and require appropriate safeguards from recipients. Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. You may also complain to your local data-protection or consumer-protection authority.

Submit a request to support@minimaxh3.info and identify your account email and request. To protect accounts, we may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal right. Statutory exceptions may limit some requests. You may authorize an agent, but we may request proof of authority.

10. Communications and Opt-Outs

We send account, billing, subscription, security, refund, and policy notices necessary to operate the Service. If we send optional marketing email, it will include a way to unsubscribe; you may also contact support to opt out. Marketing opt-out does not stop necessary service notices.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. After verification, we will take appropriate steps to delete it and close the related account.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, models, sign-in, payment, or other services. Information collected directly by a third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. This Policy does not apply where a third party independently determines the purposes and means of processing.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will revise the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your rights or how we process information, we will notify you by registered email or in-product notice before it takes effect. Where the law requires renewed consent, we will obtain it before the relevant processing.

14. Contact Us
