Welcome to MiniMax H3 (“MiniMax H3,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”), an independent AI content generation and editing platform available through minimaxh3.info. The Service is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by MiniMax or its affiliates.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and are authorized to accept them for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Service provides internet-delivered digital AI tools, including text-, image-, video-, and audio-guided content generation, editing, enhancement, and related history features. Available models, features, credit costs, output specifications, and processing times may change as the product evolves. The information displayed before you submit a task controls.

The Service may depend on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, object storage, and other technology providers. Changes to their availability, rules, or capabilities may affect the Service. Access to digital services or credits is delivered promptly after payment confirmation.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not share, rent, or resell account access. Contact support@minimaxh3.info promptly if you discover unauthorized use or a security issue. If you register for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Plans and Credits

The Service uses a hybrid billing model:

Subscription plans: billed monthly or annually, with periodic credits issued as described for the plan. Subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable billing or issuance period and do not roll over.
One-time credit packs: each purchase is a separate transaction, and purchased credits remain valid for 365 days from purchase.
Credit consumption: the system uses available credits with the earliest expiration first. Promotional, complimentary, or compensatory credits may have a different validity period disclosed when issued.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a one-time credit pack, you authorize a one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you expressly authorize us and the payment processor identified at checkout to charge the subscription fee automatically for each applicable billing period until you cancel. Annual subscriptions are generally prepaid annually with credits issued monthly, as described at purchase.

Unless checkout states otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices or plans for future billing periods. If a price change affects an existing subscription, we will notify you by registered email or in-product notice before the new price applies. Renewal after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payment-card data is handled by the PCI-DSS payment processor identified at checkout and is not stored on our servers. Payment processors may include Stripe and, when offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by signing in, opening Subscription Management, and selecting Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, access continues until the end of the paid term. Cancellation does not extend subscription-credit validity and does not change the original 365-day validity of separately purchased credit packs.

If online cancellation is unavailable, email support@minimaxh3.info from the email address linked to your account with reasonable time before the next renewal date. We will send confirmation after processing the request.

6. Refund Policy

Because credits and AI processing capacity are digitally delivered without delay, one-time credit-pack and subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Review the plan, credit amount, validity period, renewal terms, and intended use before purchase. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund.

Exceptions apply to:

verified duplicate or erroneous charges;
a confirmed task failure caused by our systems or upstream services where the corresponding credits were not automatically restored;
refunds expressly required by applicable law.

Send refund requests promptly to support@minimaxh3.info with your account email, transaction ID, date, amount, and reason. We generally acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, with timing controlled by the processor and card issuer. Consumed credits, completed generations, change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with output quality, or account termination for violating these Terms are not refund grounds unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@minimaxh3.info first so we can investigate and correct confirmed errors. This does not limit rights you may have through your bank, payment provider, or consumer-protection law. You may not knowingly submit a false chargeback or fraudulent dispute.

8. Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, images, video, audio, and other materials you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us and processors necessary to provide the Service a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Inputs solely to provide, secure, and improve the services you use. We do not use your Inputs to train our own general-purpose AI models without your express consent. Third-party AI providers may process content under their applicable terms.

Subject to applicable law and your compliance with these Terms, we do not claim ownership of your generated results (“Outputs”). AI outputs may not be unique, other users may receive similar results, and the law may not recognize copyright or exclusive rights in some outputs. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and confirming they are lawful, accurate, and suitable for your intended use.

9. Rights and Consent for Submitted Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, and valid consents needed to process Inputs, including rights relating to a person’s identity, voice, biometric features, likeness, trademarks, music, and other protected material. Face swap, head swap, motion transfer, and other synthetic-media features may be used only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must clearly label AI-generated or synthetic media where required by law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, extortionate, hateful, or exploitative content;
create sexualized content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, or any content that harms minors;
create non-consensual intimate content or impersonate, deepfake, or manipulate another person’s identity without authorization and with intent to deceive;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party;
create malware, phishing material, or cyberattack tools, or bypass security, moderation, quota, or access controls;
systematically scrape or extract Outputs at scale, or use Inputs, Outputs, or derived data to train, distill, fine-tune, or benchmark an AI model that competes with the Service;
resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Service without written permission;
violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, or payment-network rules.

11. Privacy and Data Security

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the Service, and ensure that your submission of Inputs is lawful.

User-submitted prompts, uploaded files, generated results, and related task history are retained for no longer than seven days. You may delete this data at any time through available history features or request deletion at support@minimaxh3.info.

12. Service and AI Output Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including uninterrupted availability, error-free or secure operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and output accuracy. Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other results, unpredictable, defective, or unsuitable for your expectations.

Do not substitute AI Outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, or use them without qualified review in high-risk settings where errors could cause serious harm. You are responsible for Inputs, Outputs, and their publication or use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, harm to the Service or others, or when required by law. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may delete your account through available account features or by contacting support; related data will be handled under the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

15. Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms and will identify the revision date on this page. Material changes will be notified by registered email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel before the next renewal. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
